CaptionKit uses your microphone or audio line in to capture audio and generate captions. Before getting started with your first stream, it's worth checking that your audio input works as expected with your web browser.

Visit the dashboard and select an input in the right hand sidebar. Below the input selection click the Test Inputs button

This will open a popup to let you view levels from your different audio sources and check which inputs are working.
