Setting your CaptionKit input language

CaptionKit uses AI to help transcribe your audio into captions. To get the best results, it's important to set the language of the speaker. This helps the AI to understand the audio and provide more accurate captions.

Some languages also support different regions like US English and Australian English. As an Aussie app, we're extra happy about this one! 🦘

Choose your preferred language

1. Log in to the CaptionKit Dashboard (opens in a new tab)
2. Click Speaker language near the bottom of the control panel
3. Select your preferred language from the dropdown list
4. When you start your stream, captions will be transcribed and streamed in your selected language
